Return Policy 

We truly hope you love your purchase. Every piece is thoughtfully created to support your journey in wellness, mindset, and personal growth. However, if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a store credit option for eligible returns on physical items (such as apparel and clothing).

Books, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit or refunds.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@growhaus-bychristina.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Details of the items you'd like to return

 Please allow up to 7 business days from when your return is received for it to be processed. Once approved, a store credit (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued for use on future purchases.


Return Eligibility (for physical apparel only)

Items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be free of odors, stains, pet/human hair, or visible wear
  • Be returned within 10 days of receiving your order

The following are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Undergarments or socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items
  • Items outside the 10-day return period
  • Books, digital programs,Retreats/Events  and online downloads and program's

If the purchase was a gift, please include the original order number and the purchaser's email.


Important Notes

  • We recommend using DHL Express and Australian Post, or a trusted courier for returns. Please keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault, in which case return shipping will be covered.
  • If your return does not meet the above criteria, you will be contacted and offered the option to:
  • Have the item shipped back to you (at your expense), or
  • Have it responsibly disposed of
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
